Experts in Development Finance
Development Finance NZ was established in 2017 because we believe that getting your projects funded should be a quick and simple process.
If the banks have said “no”, if you’ve got few or no pre-sales or if you’re planning to self-build then all it takes is a phone call to us and you’ll receive a clear set of finance options tailored to your project and situation.
Owners Kingsley Turner, Ian Laywood and Blair Brooks have a century of financial experience and know how to remove the typical hurdles and obstacles preventing you from progressing your plans.
DFNZ operates solely in the construction funding market for small to medium size loans $500k to $10m and will often get 100% of your project funded.
We believe that progress shouldn’t be burdened with rules and policies designed as a catch-all so when you get in touch you’ll know your development projects are safe in our hands.
Development Finance NZ Limited provides business to business services to businesses and financial advisers.
